THIS 6-WEEK SERIES WILL TEACH YOU the fundamentals OF strength training and take your LIFTS TO THE NEXT LEVEL. 

 

Ever wondered if your exercise form is correct, or if you're at risk of hurting yourself? 

Want to learn the key exercises that will give you the most from your limited time in the gym?

How great would it feel to be truly fit?

Finally feel confident with kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, key bodyweight exercises, and even strongman exercises.

 

Join one of Toronto's most sought after coaches for six intensive weeks of training and learning. She's a national record holding powerlifter, a marathon runner, and co-founder of Toronto's top rated CrossFit gym, Quantum Crossfit. Coach Leah has spent a decade mastering a variety of disciplines into her training, and now she's developed a special program to share her secrets with other women.

Whether you're a runner, you're into lifting, or you just want to learn the right way to build strength while having some fun, this course if for you. Leah's enthusiasm and attention to detail will keep you working hard and having fun.

Meet Coach Leah

As a 5-time marathon runner, Leah was looking for a new challenge when she stumbled upon CrossFit. When the added strength, power, and conditioning work helped shave 5 minutes off her time, she was hooked.

Since then, Leah has spent thousands of hours expanding her knowledge and coaching clients from all backgrounds. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail make her one of the most popular trainers in the city. She'll make you work hard, but you'll have a ton of fun doing it. 

Since 2011 she shifted the focus of her training to competitive powerlifting. With a lot of hard work and dedication, the transition continues to be a success. Leah is a world record holder in the 52kg weight class and pound-for-pound one of the top lifters in the country. Not bad for a former marathon runner who didn't start lifting until her 30's!
