Quantum’s approach to Olympic Weightlifting is to first build strength and perfect technique. We have a system of progressions to demystify the lifts, teach proper technique, and make the lifts intuitive, fun and easy.

Whether you want to learn and perfect the lifts for your sport training, crossfit training or to compete in the great sport of weightlifting, we will get you there.

The average beginner will be able to properly perform the lifts within 4 weeks of proper coaching. From there we build strength, refine technique, and work to achieve your potential.

For intermediate or advanced lifters we assess your training history, weaknesses and goals to decide the best way to build your plan.

Group program starts at $169/month.
Individualized training plans start are $250/month.
