As requested I have attached a couple of pictures from a Relay Race that I was a part of in September.
The Reach the Beach Relay (New Hampshire, Cannon to Hampton Beach) consists of 12 person teams that will rotate through 36 transition areas as they cover the approximate 200 mile distance of the race. Our team completed the race in approx 25 hours.
Thank you Tyler, Peter and Leah for helping me achieve one of my fitness goal for this year. I felt good during the race. All due to the conditioning from the Crossfit program. I had stopped running regularly about 5 years ago due to some injuries. Crossfit has allowed me to participate in an event like Reach the Beach, running a lot less than I would have years ago
This is the week that I turn 50, 6 months of Crossfit have helped me feel a lot fitter and maybe younger than I did when I started. Still a work in progress. Got a long way to go go to master the @$%@ back squat.
