Handstand Holds, Hand Balancing (frog stand progression), Handstand Push-ups, Pistol Squats, L-sit, Skin the Cat, Muscle-up, Kip Swings

8 Tabata Rounds of:

  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Air Squats
