2 mins Skipping/Rowing

3 Rounds of:

  • 4 Skin the Cats OR 10 Ring Rows
  • 3-5 Wall Walks
  • 10 Romanian Deadlifts with Empty Bar
  • Part 1:

    NEW Q’s: A1. Press 5 x 3 – rest 60sec A2. Pull Ups 5 x 3 – rest 60sec

    VETERAN Q’s: A1. Push Press 7 x 3 – rest 60sec

    Part 2:

    B1.  Max Burpees in 3 mins C1. Max Turkish Get-Ups in 7mins.  Start with the weaker side.  Do 3 each side, alternating for entire time. Go heavy!!!
