    • 1 Wall Ball
    • 1 Burpee
    • 2 Wall Ball
    • 2 Burpee
    • 3 Wall Ball
    • 3 Burpee...
    • continue adding a rep each round for  12 mins.  Each rep is one point

    Mobility

    • T-spine Mobility - 90sec/side
    • 4 Way Shoulder with Band
