  • 2 laps of Bear Crawl
  • 10 Wall Squats
  • 10-15 Push-ups
  • Part 1: A1. Front Foot Elevated Split Squat 4 x 8 – rest 60sec A2. Romanian Deadlift 4 x 8 - rest 60sec

    Part 2:  Benchmark #1

    Complete for time:

    • 100 Kettlebell Swings
    • 40 Walking Lunges
    • 100 Double Unders (or 200 High Knee Singles)
