  • Part 1: A1. Front Foot Elevated Split Squat 4 x 8 - rest 60sec A2. Push-ups 4 x Max = rest 60sec

    Part 2:

    5 Rounds of:

    • 30 Kettlebell Swings
    • Run 200m
    • Rest 90sec
