3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Ring Rows with controlled tempo
  • 10 Squats with band just below knees
  • 12 Walking Lunges
  • Part 1: Overhead Squat 3RM

    • 50 Wall Ball
    • 50 Double Unders OR 70 Singles
    • 50 Walking lunges (25 per side)
    • 50 Kettlebell Swings
