2 mins Skipping or 500m Row

3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Ring Rows with controlled tempo
  • 10 Squats with band just below knees
  • 12 Walking Lunges
  • Workout:

    4 Rounds of:

    A1. Dumbbell Thrusters x 10 - rest 30sec A2. Pull-ups x Max - rest 30sec A3. Push-ups x Max - rest 30sec A4. Toes-to-Bar x 10 (controlled tempo) - rest 30sec

    B1. Good Mornings 3 x 8 - rest 60sec
