    CF Games Test WOD

    As Many Rounds as Possible in 15min of: 9 Deadlifts (155#/100#) 12 Push-ups (hands up at bottom) 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")

    *SCALED - use 40% 1RM or 50-55% 5RM on Deadlift

    Part 2: Mobility Fun Lacrosse Ball to Hamstring - 90sec/side Laying Hamstring with Contract/Relax - 90sec/side Groin Stretch on Wall - 90sec/side Couch Stretch - 90sec/side
