3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Romanian Deadlifts with Empty Bar
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Push Ups
  • Part 1: 3 Rounds of: A1. Hand Stand Holds 20-20sec OR Handstand Push Ups x 2-6 A2. Skin the Cat  x 2-6 A3. L-Sit on Straight Bar – accumulate 20-40sec A4. Poliquin Step-ups 3 x 25/side *rest as needed between exercises, approx 20-30sec

    Part 2: 3 x As Many Rounds as Possible in 3mins of:

    • 10 Box Jumps
    • 10 Burpees

    *Rest 2mins between AMRAP's
