  • Part 1:

    NEW Q's: A1. Press 3 x 8 – rest 60sec A2. Pull Ups 3 x 6-8 - rest 90sec

    VETERAN Q's: A1. Press 6 x 3 – rest 90sec

    Part 2:

    5 Rounds of:

    • 20sec Battling Ropes
    • 40sec Burpees
    • 60sec Rest

    Then complete as many Wall Balls as possible in 3mins
