    NEW Q’s: A1: Back Squat 3 x 5 sets across – rest 30sec    *add 5-10# from last time A2: Ring Rows 3 x 8-12 – rest 60sec

    VETERAN Q’s: A1. Back Squat 6 x 3 – rest 30sec  *Not Max Effort...leave 1-2 reps in the tank each set

    Part 2:

    5 Rounds of:

    • 30sec Sled Drag
    • 30sec Rest
    • 30sec Kettlebell Swings
    • 30sec Rest
