  • 15-20 Scapular Push Ups
  • 15-20 Band Pull Aparts
  • 10 Split Squats/side
  • 25 Poliquin Step Ups OR 15 Low Box Step-ups/side
  • Part 1: A1. Press 6 x 3 – rest 90sec

    Part 2:

    3 Rounds of As Many Rounds as Possible in 3mins of:

    • 8 Wall Ball
    • 8 Burpees

    *Rest 2mins between each 3min round
