    NEW Q’s: A1. Split Squat 3 x 10 – rest 60sec A2. Romanian Deadlift 3 x 10 – rest 30sec A3. Bent Over Lateral Raise 3 x 12 – rest 30sec

    VETERAN Q’s: Hang Power Snatch 8 x 2 – rest 60secs

    Part 2:

    As Many Rounds as Possible in 10mins of:

    • 10 Overhead Squats @ 40% 1RM
    • 30 Double Unders (or 50 Singles with High Knees)
