Mobility: T-Spine Mobility with Lacrosse Ball

2 Rounds:

  • 2-4 Cast Wall Walks – pause 5sec at top
  • 25 Poliquin Step Ups OR 15 Low Box Step-Ups
  • 8-10 Split Squats/side
  • Part 1: A1. Press 1RM A2. Chin-up 1RM

    Part 2: BENCHMARK WOD #3 (compare to Jan 7 2011) As Many Rounds as Possible in 10mins:

    • 8 Heavy Dumbbell Thrusters (use 50% of 1RM push press OR 65% 1RM press)
    • 8 Burpees
    • 32 Double Unders
