Mobility: T-Spine Mobility with Lacrosse Ball

2 Rounds:

  • 2-4 Cast Wall Walks – pause 5sec at top
  • 25 Poliquin Step Ups OR 15 Low Box Step-Ups
  • 8-10 Split Squats/side
  • Part 1: A1. Split Squats 3 x 8-10 [3010] – rest 60secs A2. Romanian Deadlift 3 x 8-10 [40x0] – rest 30secs A3. Chins 3 x 4-6 – rest 60sec

    Part 2: 2 Rounds for Max Reps of:

    • 2mins Max Turkish Get Ups (left side)
    • 1min Wall Ball
    • 2mins Max Turkish Get Ups (right side)
    • 1min Wall Ball
