    VETERAN Q’s: A1. Snatch Grip Deadlift to Hang + Hang Power Snatch 8 x 2 – rest 60sec

    • 4 Deadlift @ 60% 1RM or 70% 5RM
    • 6 Pull-ups
    • 8 Dumbbell Thrusters
