1. Attend the 1 hour GET REAL kick-off party on Sunday January 30th at 11am where Summer will tell you what REAL FOOD means and how to incorporate it into your life - don’t forget to bring your family and friends!

2. From Monday Jan 24th - Sunday Jan 30th get your Personal Body Composition Analysis from one of the trainers.  We’ll take your picture and measurements

3. Sign-up for a free blog at and send your personalized URL to - we’ll create the online community so that all GET REAL participants can see and interact with eachother’s sites. ✴If blogging scares you, don’t worry...Posterous is super easy to use.  You simply send an email and your blog is updated instantly

Weekly Warm-up Mobility: Lacrosse ball to Quads (just above knee) – 1-2mins/side Couch Stretch – 1-2mins/side

2 Rounds:

  • 15 Poliquin OR Low Box Step-ups (controlled tempo)
  • 12 Wall Slides (2-3sec hols at bottom)
  • 10 Shoulder Pass Throughs
  • 10 Overhead Squats with empty bar
