Happy Birthday to Dyanne (we're a day late!!)

Good luck this weekend to our rockstar do-gooders, Jason and Laura.  Jason is taking on a 160km ride in the Ride for Karen, and Laura is walking 60km over 2 days for the Weekend to End Womens Cancer.  It's not to late to support them both!

Weekly Warm-up: 5 mins Freestyle Rolling or Lacrosse ball

2 Rounds:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Walkouts
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Ring Rows

Part 1:

Dumbbell Press 5 x 8-12 – rest 2 mins

Part 2:

6 Rounds for Time of:

  • 100m Sled Drags
  • 20 Unbroken Wall Balls  (scale as required (10-20) - choose a number at the start and stick with it)
  • Rest 90sec
