Well this is IT!  Elanna and her cheerleading/coaching squad are making their way to California today for the Games!  It's going to be an awesome weekend with the toughest of competition from around the CrossFit Universe.

Group Warm-up:

Roll Out for 5 mins.

2 Rounds:

  • 1 length Bear Crawl
  • 15 Overhead Squats
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 10-15 Scapular Push-ups

1 round:

  • Arm Swings - Leg Swings - Torso Rotations

Movement Prep:

  • 10 One-legged Box Squats/side

Strength: Split squast 3 x 8-10 - rest 90 sec

Metcon: 5 Rounds for Time of:

  • 20 Wall Ball
  • Run 200m
