  • 4 work sets of 6-8 DB or Barbell Split Squats/side.
  • rest 45sec between sides, rest 2mins between sets

Metcon:

2 Rounds of 5 min AMRAP's

  • 100m Run
  • 6 Overhead Squats (@ 125% of your Nancy weight)
  • Rest 1 min between rounds
