  • 2 lengths Quadrupedal Movements
  • 16 OH Walking Lunges with Plate

Strength:

All Q's:

  • 4 work sets of 8-10 DB or Barbell Split Squats/side.
  • rest 45sec between sides, rest 2mins between sets

Metcon:

4 Rounds of 2 min AMRAP for Max Reps:

  • 6 pull-ups
  • 10 DB thrusters

Rest 1 min between rounds
