Strength:

L1:  Back Squat 5-5-5 (all worksets completed at same weight) L2/3: Hang Power Clean 2-2-2 (increasing work sets to 2RM)

4-5 Warm Up Sets

MetCon:

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • 8 Front Squat @ 65% 1RM or 70% 3RM or 75% 5RM
  • 400m Run
