Spring is here (sort of!), and many of you will want to hit the trails and the streets of Toronto. Join us for a running technique seminar are Saturday May 27 to learn the fundamentals of good running.
Running may appear natural or simple, but just like any activity (swimming, rowing, skipping etc.) there is a lot that goes into efficient, safe and fast running form.
This seminar is geared towards those who've never had any technique training in running. We're going to take you through a series of drills and progressions to teach you how to do it right - so you can go faster, longer, and be more resilient to injuries.
We've broken down the most important aspects into simple progressions that anyone can learn. At the running seminar, we'll also provide you with some take-home notes with suggestions on how to practice your new skills.
