Peter (Quantum co-founder)

In 2007, Peter left law school to dedicate his full attention to professional coaching and has been helping everyone, from fitness novices to national level athletes, take their training to the next level.

In addition to coaching at Quantum, Peter is one of Toronto’s leading experts on improving mobility and movement quality. He also travels across North America to teach other coaches about weightlifting techniques, assessment, and program design.

To help clients get to the next level as effectively as possible, Peter emphasizes perfect technique, a long-term approach, hard work, and using his experience to assess which specific limiting factors are holding each athlete back from their goals and true potential. He then designs coaching plans to turn these weaknesses into strength so trainees continue to smash new personal bests and develop winning habits for the long-run.
