In 2007, Peter left law school to dedicate his full attention to professional coaching and has been helping people across the GTA - from fitness novices to national level athletes - take their training to the next level.

Peter is one of Toronto’s most sought out experts on performance training and post-rehabilitation training. He's consulted with Canada Basketball, Canada Rugby League, and several private high schools. He also travels across North America to teach other coaches about weightlifting techniques, assessment, and program design. When you work with Peter, he'll help you fine-tune your training to maximize results. 

To help clients get to the next level as effectively as possible, Peter emphasizes perfect technique, a long-term approach to training progression, and using his experience to assess which specific limiting factors are holding each athlete back from their goals and true potential. He then designs coaching plans to turn these weaknesses into strengths so trainees continue to smash new personal bests and develop winning habits for the long-run.

Peter maintains a blog at with healthy, delicious recipes, and interesting articles on fitness and nutrition.

In his spare time, Peter runs a semi-annual hip-hop themed food party, called Foodgees, to raise money for cancer research.
