Two of our coaches are national record holders; another is one of Toronto's most sought after experts in performance training and corrective/post-rehabilitation training. No matter where you're starting, we've got you covered.


2. TAILORED TO YOU 

Anyone can blast themselves with intense workouts and see short-term progress, but to keep your training safe and on track for the long-term, you need a plan that addresses your unique goals and the weakness that are holding you back.  We customize your workouts to fit your needs instead of forcing one workout plan on everyone. 


3. TIME EFFICIENT

If you can you find 2-3 hours a week, you have enough time to get fitter than you have ever been. Plus we have ample free parking for a quick, hassle free in and out.


4. TOTAL SUPPORT

Need individual adjustments? Would you benefit from some homework or customized warm-up routines? Need a plan during your business trip?  No problem. Our team has you covered with whatever you need - all day, everyday.  


5. NUTRITION COACHING

Nutrition is by far the most important aspect of fat loss and it's vital to maximize performance too. We'll work with you to develop a personalized nutrition action plan, and we'll meet with you monthly to update, review it, and hold you accountable. Free. No extra charge.

COACHING STAFF

Our coaching staff includes two national record holders in powerlifting and one of Toronto's experts in performance training and corrective exercise. Collectively, Quantum's coaches have thousands of hours of coaching experience, but they've also been in the trenches and know first hand what it takes to achieve success in fitness. We live and breathe this stuff.
